Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) is an extremely powerful disinfectant that is even more effective than Free Chlorine (Cl2) and Sodium Hypochlorite (NaClO).

It aggressively kills bacteria and viruses. ClO2 is widely used across variety industries, commercial and households as a disinfectant such as food and beverage productions, public water treatment and medical applications.

Chlorine dioxide has been approved and registered as a disinfectant, sanitiser and sterilizer by the following organizations:

No Concerns Regarding Drug Resistance During the disinfection process, ClO2 reacts directly with the bacteria and the cell wall of the virus. Therefore, there are no concerns regarding drug resistance or cytopathic during the disinfection process.

Q: What do the GoodAire SANZ and the GoodAire Mini do?

A: It is a multi-purpose system that disinfects the air and surfaces. It sanitizes and removes strong odours (like the smell of cigarettes and durians) and is also able to repel insects such as mosquitoes. The refills come in the form of tablets and different botanical fragrance options (Chlorine Dioxide Tablets and DST+ fragrances). The GoodAire SANZ is suitable for rooms of up to 500 sqft and the GoodAire Mini is recommended for cars or smaller spaces.

 

Q: How effective are GoodAire products in killing biological contaminants?

A: GoodAire products have been tested in reputable laboratories in Singapore and overseas and can eliminate 99.99% of mould, bacteria and viruses.

 

Q: How do I use the refills (Chlorine Dioxide tablets and DST+ Fragrance)?

A: Place 1 tablet into 1 litre of water and pour this into your GoodAire SANZ or Mini. Spray the DST+ fragrance into the water at least two or three times.

 

Q: What do the Chlorine Dioxide tablets and the DST+ fragrance do?

A: The Chlorine Dioxide tablets kill bacteria, viruses and fungi. It is non-toxic, non-corrosive and environmentally friendly. The DST+ fragrance bonds to the surface on a molecular level and is proven to neutralize odour-causing microbes on treated surfaces for up to 3 months or longer. It is also non-toxic and safe for sensitive skin and for kids. Both products do not contain alcohol.

 

Q: How much DST+ fragrance should we add?

A: We recommend spraying the fragrance at least twice into the GoodAire Mini and at least three times into the GoodAire SANZ. A few more sprays can be added for a stronger scent, depending on individual preference.

 

Q: Do I have to use the GoodAire Chlorine Dioxide tablets and DST+ fragrances with the GoodAire SANZ or Mini or can I use other products?

A: GoodAire products have been tested for safety and efficacy. We do not recommend using other products with the GoodAire SANZ or Mini as the efficacy may be compromised.

 

Q: Is any maintenance required for the GoodAire Products?

A: GoodAire products require minimal or no maintenance. Customers may refer to the instruction manual or video for detailed instructions.

 

Q: I am not able to turn on the GoodAire SANZ. What should I do?

A: Ensure that the On/Off switch is on “Off”. Press the various buttons or use the remote control to activate the machine. Switch to “on” only when you want to use the sensor mode (e.g. by placing your hands over the GoodAire SANZ to sanitize the hands).
